Issam Galadari is the Managing Partner of Avenew Development, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, development philosophy, and long-term investment vision. In parallel, Mr. Galadari serves as Director and CEO of Ithra Dubai, a leading property development and asset management company in Dubai. Under his leadership, Ithra Dubai has delivered acclaimed projects such as One Za’abeel and the Deira Enrichment Project, contributing to the transformation of key urban districts across the Emirate.

With over three decades of experience, Mr. Galadari has played a significant role in shaping Dubai’s real estate landscape. His career includes senior leadership positions as Real Estate Director at the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) and CEO of Emaar Properties, where he oversaw the establishment of ICD’s real estate portfolio and the development of Downtown Dubai.

Mr. Galadari is also a prominent figure in the hospitality and waterfront development sectors. He serves on the boards of Nakheel, Kerzner International Holdings, Atlantis The Palm Holding Company, and Adriatic Marinas d.o.o. He is a Board Member of GMICE and PM Holdings LLC and advises professional institutions including the UAE Society of Engineers and the Institute of Civil Engineering in the UK.

Mr. Galadari is also a key figure in Dubai’s hospitality sector as Director of ICD Hospitality and Leisure, overseeing assets like Atlantis Dubai and One & Only Cape Town. He serves as a Director and Board Member of Kerzner International Holdings, Atlantis The Palm Holding Company, and Atlantis The Palm, leading the brand’s expansion through The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences. In addition to his leadership roles in real estate and hospitality, Mr. Galadari serves as a Director of Adriatic Marinas d.o.o., a prominent yacht marina and waterfront development in Montenegro. He is a Board Member of GMICE and PM Holdings LLC and advises the U.A.E Society of Engineers as well as the Institute of Civil Engineering in the UK. His extensive experience and strategic insight continue to shape the industry, contributing to both local and international developments in real estate, hospitality, and engineering.

Her expertise spans Property Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center Management, Commercial Sales, Leasing, and Property Management.

Rasha has led some of the most respected real estate advisory firms and international property developers in the region, crafting sales and marketing strategies that drive results. She has played an integral role in planning, designing, and launching major master plans in Dubai, contributing to iconic projects by Emaar, Meraas Dubai Holdings, and Nakheel. Her efforts have generated over AED 200 billion in revenue, solidifying her reputation as a key figure in the industry. Rasha’s leadership has steered many large-scale projects to sales and marketing success, earning recognition at international property exhibitions and roadshows worldwide. From Beijing to London and Moscow, her work has received awards and accolades, highlighting her ability to deliver exceptional results on a global stage.
